Oxfam hits out as quake cash runs short

The United Nations is warning that supplies are running dangerously low as the earthquake relief effort in Pakistan continues.

There are fears that helicopters which are being used to ferry food, tents and medicine to the survivors could be grounded within a week due to cash shortages.
