Body mistaken for Halloween decoration

In the US state of Delaware, a woman, whose body was found hanging from a tree went ignored for hours because her neighbours thought it was a Halloween decoration.

The 42 year-old was discovered on the side of a busy road in Delaware, but locals were convinced it was a prank.
