A Japanese worker was killed and another injured after they were attacked by a bear at a safari park outside Tokyo today.

A Japanese worker was killed and another injured after they were attacked by a bear at a safari park outside Tokyo today.

The two workers were preparing to let a number of bears out to an open space from the cage at the Fuji Safari Park, 68 miles south-west of the capital, when they were attacked, said Shizuoka Prefectural (state) Police spokesman Yasuhito Naito.
