Six Iraqis killed in Baghdad suicide bombing

A suicide car bomb exploded near an Iraqi checkpoint in western Baghdad today, killing three policemen and three civilians, police said.

The attack, which occurred about 11am local time near Al-Nosoor Square, also seriously wounded two nearby Iraqi construction workers, said police Capt. Qassim Hussein.
