Afghan suicide bomber targets foreigners
A suicide attacker rammed a car packed full of explosives into a vehicle carrying foreigners in southern Afghanistan today, wounding four of them, a US-led coalition commander said.
The attack occurred in Kandahar city, said Col. Steve Bowes, a Canadian commander with the US-led coalition.
The nationalities of the four victims or what they were doing in the region was not immediately known, he said.
The four were travelling in a four-wheel-drive when the suicide bomber attacked them, Bowes said.
