Four children and two adults were killed this morning in a fire in the Fim do Mundo (End of the World) shantytown in Cascais, about 25 miles west of Lisbon.

Four children and two adults were killed this morning in a fire in the Fim do Mundo (End of the World) shantytown in Cascais, about 25 miles west of Lisbon.

The victims were women aged 39 and 19, a 16-year-old girl, and three boys aged 12, 10 and five, officials said.
