Bush praises soldiers who killed al-Qaida member

US President George Bush today praised the security forces who shot dead al-Qaida's second-in-command in Iraq.

Abu Azzam - the top aide to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi - was cornered by US and Iraqi military in Baghdad following a tip-off.
