New Orleans flooding again

Frustation and fear continues to mount along Texas highways today as people seek to escape Hurricane Rita.

Many have found themselves stuck in horrendous jams, running out of petrol and time as the storm bears down on America's Gulf coast.

One bus, carrying elderly evacuees, exploded killing at least twenty-four people.

Meanwhile, it looks like New Orleans is flooding again. Five to ten inches of water are rushing over one of the levees, every minute.

The affected area had been repaired after Hurricane Katrina.
