'Up to 50 wounded' in Belarus blast

Up to 50 people were wounded, four of them seriously, in a bomb explosion in the Belarus city of Vitebsk. It was reported today.

It was the second explosion within two weeks in Vitebsk. The device which exploded late last night was buried in a flower-bed outside a café.
