Ex-presidents raise more than $90m (€74m) for Katrina victims

A joint effort by former US presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton has raised more than $90m (€74m) in donations for victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund announced today.

“The American people have once again shown their great capacity to come to the aid of those in need,” Clinton said.
