Britain says Nato must focus on Afghan drugs mafia

Nato must focus on destroying Afghanistan’s “drugs mafia” when the alliance expands its peacekeeping mission in the country next year, Defence Secretary John Reid said today.

“They have to be defeated, they have to be destroyed,” said Reid.
