MI5 boss says civil liberties will be eroded in terror crackdown

The head of Britain's Intelligence Agency, the MI-5, is warning the war against terror will result in an erosion of civil rights.

Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller made her comments during a speech to Dutch intelligence officers in the Netherlands.
