North Korea 'postpones nuclear talks'

Thailand’s foreign minister says the North Korean government has told him nuclear talks planned for this week must be postponed to mid-to late September, it was reported today.

Kantathi Suphamongkhon said his North Korean counterpart, Paik Nam Sun, made the remarks during a meeting in the North Korean capital Pyongyang, China’s official Xinhua News Agency said.
