London bombings suspect to appeal extradition from Italy

A suspect in the failed London bombings of July 21 arrested in Rome will appeal an Italian court’s extradition ruling this week, his lawyer said.

Hamdi Issac was ordered to be extradited by a Rome court earlier this month. Lawyer Antonietta Sonnessa said her appeal to the Court of Cassation, Italy’s highest court, was almost complete and she would have it signed by Issac on Thursday.
