Mother charged after boy, 3, shoots sister

A mother was charged today with child neglect after her three-year-old boy shot his 10-year-old sister with a gun he found in the house, police said.

Sherice Latimore, 27, was outside their home showing a vehicle to a prospective buyer on Monday when the boy came out of the house with a small-calibre handgun and shot his sister, according to police in Miami.
