Eleven Pakistani workers who were kidnapped in Iraq this month by unidentified men have been freed.

Pakistan foreign ministry spokesman Mohammed Naeem Khan the men, who worked for a Kuwaiti company, were kidnapped on August 15 when they were going to Baghdad.
