BTK serial killer weeps at sentence hearing

The BTK serial killer wiped away tears today as his victims’ relatives faced him one by one tonight, each emotionally recounting the suffering he had caused, branding him an evil monster who should be jailed for life.

It was the first time Dennis Rader has shown any emotion since he coolly admitted to the “Bind, Torture, Kill” slayings of 10 people in Wichita, Kansas between 1974 and 1981.
