Support vigils for dead soldier's mum outside Bush ranch

More than 1,500 candlelit vigils will be held across the United States tonight in support of the bereaved mother camped outside US President George Bush’s Texas ranch.

Cindy Sheehan, 48, has refused to leave her makeshift peace camp until Bush speaks to her about her 24-year-old Army Specialist son, Casey, who was killed in Baghdad last April.
