Abbas urges militants to honour ceasefire

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas today urged militant groups to honour a ceasefire with Israel, saying no one has the right to decide on his own to violate the understanding.

Since Abbas declared the truce last February, militant groups have periodically carried out attacks.
