Two researchers today informed Austrian prosecutors of what they say is new evidence of homicide in a Nazi programme that killed hundreds of children at a Vienna clinic during the Second World War.

The documents, transcripts from Russian interrogation of a doctor in charge of the clinic, “contain descriptions of mass killings,” historian Florian Beierl said.
