Six held in Leeds under anti-terror Act

Six people have been arrested in Leeds under the Anti-Terrorism Act, according to police sources.

The arrests were initially thought to be connected to the London bombings, however police in the capital said the arrests are not linked to the July 7 attacks.

The source said: “The arrests are in Beeston, but not connected to London.”
