Egyptian bus crash kills seven

A bus crash south-east of Cairo killed seven Egyptian passengers and injured 40 others today, a police official said.

The accident happened after the bus collided with a truck and overturned about 43 miles south-east of Cairo on a road leading to a Red Sea coastal city of Safaga, said the official.
