Suspected terrorists escape from US detention

Four suspected terrorists have escaped from the main US base in Afghanistan, sparking a massive ground and air search, a US military spokeswoman said today.

“They are considered dangerous and are suspected terrorists. That is why they were detained initially,” said spokeswoman, Lt. Cindy Moore.
