France reinforces border controls after attacks

The French prime minister ordered a reinforcement to the English Channel train and boat crossings and the rest of its borders today, following London’s deadly terror attacks.

France also sent a team of police to help with the British investigation, and France’s terror alert system is in place throughout the country, Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin’s office said in a statement.
