London hotels overwhelmed

Hotels and guesthouses were today becoming overwhelmed by commuters stuck in London and tourists unable to leave as a result of the terror attacks.

Managers of a backpackers’ hostel close to the scene of the Tavistock Square bus blast said they were deluged with extra bookings.
