Seven killed in Chinese chemical factory explosion

A cache of detonators exploded at a chemical factory in China’s south-west, killing at least seven people and razing several buildings.

The explosion yesterday in Meishan, a city in Sichuan province, also left two people missing and eight injured, the Xinhua News Agency said.
