King to appear at Jackson trial today

CNN newsman Larry King will meet his scheduled day in court in the Michael Jackson trial after all today.

The TV star had been expected to redate his testimony to next Tuesday - the same day as fellow chat show host Jay Leno - after learning his attorney wouldn't be available for today's planned court appearance in Santa Maria, California.

But King will appear, as expected, this morning.

According to US TV show Celebrity Justice, King will take to the stand before another major defence witness, actor Chris Tucker's girlfriend Aja Pryor, who sources claim spent a significant amount of time with Jackson's child molestation accuser and his family.
