At least 65 employees of a popular Russian grocery store chain have been hospitalised after being infected with Hepatitis A, prompting dozens of stores to be shut down for cleaning, health officials said today.

The employees of the retail chain, Pyatyorocka, fell ill after eating lunches delivered by an outside company, Eshel-Eli, said Oleg Parkov, a St Petersburg city health official.
