Congo plane crash kills 10

A Russian-made airplane crashed today in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, killing 10 of the 11 passengers aboard, officials said.

The Antonov-26 went down 17 miles north of Kisangani, said Mouhamoud Hashi, an official with the UN’s humanitarian-aid co-ordination bureau in the country.
