Stressed diner drops 'finger in chilli' claim

A woman who claimed she found a human finger buried in her dinner at a Wendy’s restaurant has decided not to sue, it emerged today.

Anna Ayala dropped her claim against the fast-food chain because the issue “has caused her great emotional distress,” her lawyer said.
