Paedophile pop mogul Jonathan King was today refused his costs in relation to his 2001 trial for abusing under age boys by a judge at the Old Bailey.

King was released on parole last week after serving half of a seven-year jail term for four indecent assaults on boys aged 14 and 15.

King was jailed in 2001 after being convicted of seducing and abusing boys in a case investigated by Surrey Police.
