Srebrenica massacre general to surrender

A senior Bosnian Serb general indicted in the 1995 massacre of nearly 8,000 Muslim men and boys in Srebrenica was expected to surrender to the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague today.

Vinko Pandurevic was taken under heavy police security to Belgrade international airport and on to a flight arranged by the Serbian government.
