Ronay: New breed creating 'testosterone-driven cooking'

The trend among some young chefs to break with tradition and create daring dishes has led to “testosterone-driven cooking”, renowned food critic Egon Ronay said today.

He found many rising stars in the culinary field have taken to combining different textures and flavours in their recipes.
