US police hunt torture-accused parents

Florida police have launched a manhunt for a couple accused of torturing children by pulling out their toenails with pliers, delivering electric shocks and hitting them with hammers.

At least three of seven children who lived in their Beverly Hills home were severely malnourished, police said.
