The execution of a serial killer, which would have been New England’s first for 45 years, was postponed early today to address a possible conflict of interest with his lawyer.

The execution of a serial killer, which would have been New England’s first for 45 years, was postponed early today to address a possible conflict of interest with his lawyer.

TR Paulding, hired by Michael Ross last year to help speed up his execution, said his client did not request the postponement.
