'Zarqawi tape' declares war on Iraqi elections

A message purporting to be from Iraq’s most feared terror leader – Abu Musab al-Zarqawi – today declared a “fierce war” on democracy and next week’s Iraqi elections.

The audiotape posted on the internet claimed the Americans were using the vote to install the Shiites in power.
