Storm kills three in Austria

Winds with speeds of up to 75 mph swept through Austria late last night and earlier today, killing at least three people and blocking traffic as trees and branches fell onto roads.

In Salzburg, which was among the areas hardest hit by the storm, the area surrounding the Elizabeth Church was cordoned off after a roof tile torn off the church in a storm last November killed a 26-year-old man.
