Police gun down terrorist who had targeted Westerners

Kuwaiti police have killed a terrorist who had targeted westerners living in the Gulf emirate.

Fawwaz Tlaiq al-Otaibi died of his wounds after a shoot-out with police in a Kuwait City suburb yesterday.
