Two small quakes rattle Indonesia
Two earthquakes rattled Indonesia today, including one off the coast of Indonesian tsunami-damaged Sumatra island, an official said. There were no reports of injuries or property damage, he said.
A 5.1 magnitude quake struck at 1.26am (6.26pm Irish time) in the Indian Ocean and was located about 41 miles south-west of Banda Aceh, said Sutiono, an official at the agency’s Jakarta office.
