Popular painkiller linked to heart problems

Shares in Pfizer plunged today when the drugs giant admitted there is an increased risk of heart problems in patients taking its painkiller Celebrex,

The drug is in the same class as the Vioxx, which was pulled from the market in September because of safety concerns.
