Karadzic will not surrender, says brother

Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, who has been the UN war crimes tribunal’s top fugitive for nearly a decade, will not surrender, his brother said today.

“I know how he thinks and there is no one in the world who could talk him into surrendering,” his brother Luka said.
