Schoolchildren killed in Pakistan themepark swing crash

A large boat-shaped swing packed with schoolchildren crashed at an amusement park in eastern Pakistan today, killing three children and injuring 45 others, police said.

About 70 children were in the ride when it plunged to the ground while it was in motion at the Suzu Water Park in the eastern part of Lahore, said Wasim Khan, a police superintendent.
