Kashmir rebels send dog on suicide mission

A grenade tied to a dog’s neck exploded in a shopping area in Indian-administered Kashmir today, wounding four people, police said.

The blast missed its apparent target, a paramilitary guard post outside a government hospital in Sopore, police said.
