Arafat's nephew in France for medical records

Yasser Arafat’s nephew plans to collect the Palestinian leader’s medical records today, but faces objections from Arafat’s widow, whose lawyers insist is the only one who has legal rights to the file.

A Palestinian official in Paris said the nephew, Nasser al-Kidwa, planned to hold a news conference at noon (11am Irish time) after obtaining Arafat’s medical file.
