Putin: Russia developing new nuclear missile

Russia is developing a new form of nuclear missile unlike those held by other countries, President Vladimir Putin said today.

He said research was now underway on new missile varieties and “I am sure that in the near future, weapons will appear … which are not and will not be possessed by other nuclear powers.”
