Investigators today said a week-long probe into fraud in Afghanistan’s presidential election concluded any problems were not serious enough to have overturned incumbent Hamid Karzai’s victory.

A formal announcement declaring Karzai the winner was expected later. Karzai’s main challenger, Yunus Qanooni, has not yet conceded.
