Four dead, dozens injured in Tel Aviv blast

Dozens of people were injured by a suspected bomb blast in a Tel Aviv open-air market today, Israeli police said.

At least four people are believed to have been killed. Israel Radio said the explosion was set off by Palestinian militants.
