Iraq hotel blast kills 15

An explosion that hit a hotel in the northern Iraqi city of Tikrit today killed 15 people, police and hospital officials said.

Dr Hassan al-Juburi, director of the Tikrit Teaching Hospital, said the blast happened at the Sunubar Hotel.
