Troops hurt in attack on Australian convoy

Three Australian troops were slightly injured in an attack on an Australian military convoy near the country’s embassy in Baghdad, a defence force spokesman said.

The blast early today in Baghdad caused an unknown number of civilian Iraqi casualties, Brigadier Mike Hannan said at a press conference in Canberra.
