Radical cleric to face terror act charge in UK

Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza is set to be charged under the UK's Terrorism Act, it was revealed tonight.

British Crown Prosecution Service lawyers, who consulted Attorney General Lord Goldsmith, have advised police to charge the handless Egyptian cleric with terrorist offences.
